3. Exchange Policy

Products purchased from Zyshas may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The exchange request is submitted within the specified time period.

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or faulty.

  • The product delivered is different from the item ordered.

  • The package is incomplete or missing original tags, labels, accessories, or packaging.

Exchange requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Please keep the original packaging.

  • Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged product.

  • Send the images along with your order number to help@zyshas.com (replace with your official support email) within 7 days of receiving the order.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be approved.

5. Dispute Resolution

Every exchange or dispute request is reviewed individually.

If your claim is approved, Zyshas may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product with the same item (subject to availability), or

  • Issue store credit or a coupon equal to the product value for future purchases.

No disputes or claims will be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal and shipping information.

  • Selecting the correct products, sizes, colors, and quantities before placing an order.

  • Ensuring that all purchases are made in good faith.

Zyshas is not responsible for incorrect orders resulting from customer selection errors.

By creating an account or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree that Zyshas may send promotional emails, newsletters, product updates, and special offers.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
