Exchange requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Please keep the original packaging.

Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged product.

Send the images along with your order number to help@zyshas.com (replace with your official support email) within 7 days of receiving the order.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be approved.
5. Dispute Resolution
Every exchange or dispute request is reviewed individually.
If your claim is approved, Zyshas may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the product with the same item (subject to availability), or

Issue store credit or a coupon equal to the product value for future purchases.
No disputes or claims will be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.
