Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- Within Pakistan: 3–7 working days.
- Remote areas: Delivery may take slightly longer.
- During sales, holidays, or promotional campaigns, delivery times may be extended.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where applicable).
Zyshas makes every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Studio lighting during photography.
- Mobile, tablet, or computer screen settings.
- Different display resolutions and brightness levels.
Minor color differences should not be considered a product defect.
Yes. Orders may be canceled before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update:
- Delivery address
- Contact information
- Size (subject to availability)
Once the order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.
Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was delivered.
We do not offer returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available).
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier's website.
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.
If the item qualifies under our Exchange Policy and the required size is available, we will assist you with a size exchange.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Kindly provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and assist you as quickly as possible
If you do not receive a WhatsApp message, your order may still be processing.
Please check your email or contact our customer support team with your order number for assistance.
In some cases, orders may require customer verification before dispatch.
If confirmation is required and we do not receive a response within the specified time, your order may be delayed or canceled
