Shipping & Exchange Policy

1. Exchange & Returns

Zyshas does not offer returns or exchanges on any products except in the cases outlined below.

2. Eligible Exchange Requests

Products purchased from our website may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The exchange request is submitted within the specified time frame.

  • The item received is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.

  • The product delivered is different from the item originally ordered.

  • The package is incomplete or missing any accessories, price tags, labels, or original packaging.

Claims will only be considered if they are reported within 7 days of the original delivery date.

To initiate an exchange request, please email clear photographs of the issue to help@zyshas.com (or your official support email) within 7 days of receiving your order. Our support team will review each request individually and make every effort to resolve the matter fairly.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, if the claim is approved, Zyshas will provide a replacement of the same product or an item of equal value as stated on the original invoice and ship it to the customer's address.

3. Shipping Charges

For approved exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless the exchange is due to an error on the part of Zyshas.

4. Sale Items

Products purchased during promotions, clearance sales, or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Altered Products

Any product that has been stitched, altered, customized, washed, or used will not be eligible for exchange or return.

6. Bridal & Couture Collections

Bridal wear, couture collections, and made-to-order garments cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

7. Fabric Purchases

Fabric purchased from Zyshas cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Order Cancellation

1. Refund Policy

Zyshas does not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased products.

2. Order Cancellation

Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

In the event of cancellation within the allowed period, the payment will not be refunded to the original payment method. Instead, a store credit or coupon of the same value will be issued, valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

Zyshas reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product being out of stock.

  • Damage detected during quality inspection.

  • Technical or pricing errors.

  • Payment authorization failure.

  • Credit Card or PayPal payment being declined.

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Security

Zyshas does not store customers' credit card information, nor do we sell or share customer data with any third party except where required to process payments or comply with applicable laws.


Product Disclaimer

1. Product Images & Colors

Zyshas makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product images, descriptions, and specifications displayed on the website are accurate.

However, slight variations may occur between the product images and the actual product due to:

  • Studio lighting during photography.

  • Device screen settings and display calibration.

  • Printing quality of catalogs or promotional materials.

  • Minor production variations or embellishments.

These differences should not be considered product defects.

2. Product Information

All available product details are provided on the Zyshas website to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and specifications before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they have read and accepted the product information provided on the website.
